How much does it cost to clean a student house at the end of tenancy?
Our HMO rate is £360 for a 4-bed and £430 for a 5-bed, fixed before we start. For 6 or more bedrooms it is £380 plus £55 per extra room at the standard rate. Carpet cleaning for a whole 4-bed HMO is £110.
When is the busiest time for student let cleaning?
June to September, when tenancies end and new students arrive. In Birmingham the university intake keeps September and October busy. Book early if you need a specific day.
Do you offer discounts for landlords with several properties?
Yes. Landlords and agents booking 5 or more properties in a season get 10% off every clean.
Can students split the cost?
Yes. One person books and we can send the fixed price in writing so the house can split it before the clean goes ahead.
