Who we are

Dr. Sparkle Cleaning ("we") provides cleaning services in Manchester and Birmingham. Contact: info@drsparklecleaning.com, 07352 472822.

What we collect

When you request a quote we collect your name, phone number or email, postcode, the service you need and any details you add. If analytics is enabled we collect anonymous usage data.

Why we use it

To reply to your request, give you a price and deliver the service you book. Our lawful basis is taking steps at your request before entering a contract, and our legitimate interest in running the business.

How long we keep it

Quote requests that do not become bookings are deleted within 12 months. Records for booked jobs are kept for as long as the law requires for accounting.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your data. We share it only with the team member doing your clean and with service providers that host our website and email.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your data at any time by emailing us. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.

Photos

Before and after photos are taken for your records. We only publish photos without people, personal documents or addresses, and never without the property owner's agreement.
