Dr. Sparkle's prices: end of tenancy cleaning from £120 (studio) to £380 (5-bed), HMO rates from £360 (4-bed), Airbnb turnovers from £50 (studio or 1-bed) to £105 (4-bed), and commercial contract cleaning from £22 per hour. Deep and after-builders cleans are priced from photos.
End of tenancy and HMO
Every clean includes inside cupboards, fridge and freezer, and same-day before and after photos.

Are your prices fixed?
Yes. The price is confirmed in writing before we start and that is what you pay. No surprise charges on the day.
Do you charge VAT?
The prices shown are the prices you pay. If your business needs a VAT invoice, ask when you book.
How do I pay?
End of tenancy and one-off cleans are paid by secure card link on booking. Short-let hosts are invoiced weekly.
Do you offer discounts?
Landlords and agents booking 5+ end of tenancy cleans in a season get 10% off. Short-let hosts with 3+ properties get 10% off every turnover.
