How much does end of tenancy cleaning cost?
Our fixed prices start at £120 for a studio and £150 for a 1-bed, up to £380 for a 5-bed house. The price is confirmed in writing before we start, with no surprise charges on the day.
How much does Airbnb cleaning cost in Manchester and Birmingham?
Turnovers are £50 for a studio or 1-bed, £65 for a 2-bed, £85 for a 3-bed and £105 for a 4-bed. Weekend changeovers cost nothing extra.
